- This rug is Handmade in silk base and has pure Kashmir Silk on top. - Number of Knots in this rug are 576 knots per square inch. - It has a double layered floral rust border with intricately woven curvilinear pattern and writings in Urdu language. - The center of the rug has a beautiful scene of a hunting pattern with tiny animal motifs of horses atop with hunters. - The design has been originated in Persia. - The main colors are royal blue, rust, ivory, gold and orange amongst several others. - This rug is perfect as a wall hanging or can be used in a space with rich interiors. - Perfect for a formal living room or as a wall hanging. - It has taken about 6-8 months to weave this beauty by our skilled artisans.
