Returns and Exchanges

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product, we may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose we must receive the merchandise within 14 days from the date it was shipped to you. Please ensure the carpet is not used and is returned in the exact condition, it was delivered in. Cost of shipping the carpet for exchange/return purposes will be borne by the customer.

In some cases, professional photographs shot even in the highest resolution, may not do justice to the color/design of the carpet. If you wish to receive more photographs of the carpet from different angles/back of the carpet etc, please do not hesitate to email us at with the subject "more photos required" and we shall immediately do the needful.

We do not provide refund for any goods sold. Carpets once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or for store credit, if they meet our terms and conditions.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a credit and purchase the new item separately. Please note the following terms and conditions incase of return of goods:

  • • Please ensure the tag is not removed
  • • The merchandise should be unused and should be returned in the same exact condition in which it was delivered
  • • Returns that are damaged or are not in the condition in which the product was first delivered shall be sent back to the customer
  • • Unidentified returns may be sent back to the customer
  • • Cost of shipping the rug for exchange/return purposes will be borne by the customer himself
  • • YAK/ reserves the right to reject any customers return if the customer is not in compliance with the above


Can I cancel my order once placed?
Yes, your order can be cancelled after placing the same but before it is dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, it will not be possible to cancel it. Any change in order or cancellation is possible before we ship your order. Please contact us at for any changes or cancellations.
Do you accept Returns and Exchanges?
Although we have a 100% customer satisfaction rate, however, due to any reason, if you would like to return your purchase, please contact us at We do not offer refund once the order has been dispatched. We shall be able to exchange your product within 14 days from order received, however the cost of shipping the product back to us and any duties/ taxes involved have to be borne by the customer.
What if my Rug was damaged during transit?
Each of our rug goes through strict quality checks before it is dispatched. However, in case the rug is damaged in transit, we request you to share with us the pictures of the damaged part, as soon as you receive the rug, at, along with your order ID. After receiving your email we will ensure resolution within 1 working day.
