Your office should look its best every day, especially if customers or clients are coming in. If you have a carpeted office, it is best to vacuum lobby areas or heavily trafficked areas daily.  Less traveled areas can be done weekly, although depending on the size of your office it may not make sense to break these areas into separate cleaning schedules. When in doubt, opt for more frequent cleanings to keep everything clean.
